Restaurant Chef and dining manager (seating approx 48) within our Boulder Lake Lodge at the base of the Wind River Mt Range with horseback riding (35 horses) , hiking, fishing and hunting,etc (Located 1.5 hours southeast from Jackson and 15 miles from Pinedale, Wy) Customers abound from guests at our Lodge and the subdivision where Lodge is located to surrounding towns and guests from many states who come to experience the beauty of the Bridger National Forest lands we adjoin.

Our Season runs from May through mid October and our restaurant has become well known for particularly its salmon, beef filets, Italian dishes especially Lasagne and great chicken dishes along with fabulous dessert menus. Breakfasts are “big” at the Lodge with guests desiring omelettes, hotcakes, waffles and biscuits mainly.
